Our Golden Abalone Pot comprises of South African abalone, premium Shitake mushroom, crunchy broccoli cooked and braised to perfection in oyster sauce. Usually eaten during festive occasions, our Golden Abalone Pot has now become a staple on our everyday menu to cater to raving reviews and requests from our customers.
Roast Chicken is another signature dish you don’t want to miss. Marinated with secret sauce and herbs and roasted with charcoal to bring out the chicken’s natural flavour, our roast chicken turns out juicy and tender every single time.

Fancy traditional Hong Kong styled Dim Sum for afternoon tea? We serve a wide spread of Dim Sum that will whet your appetite. Our Siew Mai, Lor Mai Gai and Char Siu Bao are among the favourites. Our Dim Sum are all hand-made and cooked upon order to ensure the highest of standards and the freshest of taste.

Traditional Cantonese Cuisine / Chef
At Dragon Inn, every effort is made to ensure that traditional Cantonese cooking styles and techniques are deployed to preserve authenticity and bring out the best flavours from every ingredient used.
Our head chef, Chef Chan KC hailed from Hong Kong famous Heavenly Garden. Chef Chan began his culinary journey at the prestigious School of Fine Cuisine in Hong Kong. Thereafter, he started his apprenticeship at Heavenly Garden and eventually rose through the ranks to take the helm as had chef. He has more than two decades of experience in fine Cantonese cuisine under his belt. Each dish on the menu is masterfully crafted by him and enjoyed by our loyal customers, young and old alike.
